Young Us

The child in us,
it is happy.
It wants to play,
mingle with other kids,
and feel the joy
of roaming around
the playground.

But look at us,
our lives were totally
different now;
we don’t know
how to play,
we don’t know
how to be
satisfied,
and we forget how
to be joyful
’cause we’re not
young at all. Sad to say,
those were just
memories.

But,
still as these
wonders of childhood
come into our minds,
we’re left  dreaming
that someday as
we wake up
in a beautiful morning
toned by birds singing
in unison above
the tall trees
beside the
window
of our beloved room,
we’re once again
that cheerful
young us
who wander
with a peaceful
mind and a
delightful
heart.

We need to accept the fact that our childhood will become memories but I believe that the child in us will always be there to cheer us up.

I love creating sports content, especially blogs. I cover and write different sports, not limited to basketball, volleyball, football, and esports. Since junior high school, I dream of becoming of sports writer or at least someone writing sports articles for a media company. To share with you, I've achieved that dream. I'm determined to up my sports writing but you can also expect me to publish content other than my favorite category in this blog site.
